As a non-profit organization, our Committee is made up entirely of volunteers who are dedicated to promoting and preserving the heritage of Clan Farquharson while fostering a close-knit international community. We not only serve our members but also actively represent and promote the Society to the general public and provide support to Clan Farquharson’s Overseas Societies.
We hold official meetings on a quarterly basis, currently conducted via video conference, and our Committee members are located not just in the UK but also around the world. Recently, we have started regular international video conferences with the leaders of our affiliated Clan Farquharson societies overseas. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in Ballater at the end of the Clan Gathering in August.
